12. Vancouver
We don't get much snow here. We're on day two of a city-wide conniption. Schools are closed. Roads are closed. We have about 3 inches of snow, although it is starting to build up a bit.

13. it's been my experience
that the bigger the flake, the shorter the storm.

I'd be more worried if the flakes were so small you could hardly see them.
