So, I'm Playing With The Dog, And . . .

. . .it's a tug of war type of thing. I put both my hands into his collar, under his chin. I pull one way, he pulls the other, shakes his head, wags his tail, pants some. Big fun!

Anyway, the last time, as i pulled toward me, he turns his big head to a certain angle. The collar slips right off over his head. My hands come up, and KAPOW! Right on the jaw. I'm wearing my dad's ring (my mom gave it to me when he died, and i wear it all the time.) Ring first, bang, right on the edge of the chin.

After the stars went away i have this welt on my chin/jaw. Now, it's all bruised.

Yeah, i almost punched myself out! I punched myself in the face so hard that it left a welt and i saw stars.

What a doofus!
