20. Mini Meatloaf and Baked Potatoes
I'm going to try out the blue flexible rubbery mini loaf pan thingie I got for Christmas. Baked Potatoes, with sour cream, butter, bacon bits will be the side. I'll also be heating up some left over cheesy creamy vegetable soup I made yesterday. I have some flour less chocolate torte left from Christmas, defrosting in the fridge.

I've managed to keep my basil growing indoors this year!

Steamed Asian veggies w/fresh soybeans, and a green salad. The chicken is almost done. :9
