1. You have to be running 2000 or XP |

2. It's "beta" software, so "buyer beware" before installing |
|
I'd rather use Spybot and Ad-aware in tandem (actually, I also have Webroot SpySweeper, PestPatrol, and Diamond CS "Trojan Defense System," so Bill Gates can kiss my middle class white ass).
Just one humble opinion.

Maybe someone can help me. Had Spybot and ADAware working together. One day the AdAware crashed and when I tried reinstalling it would not work. I have tried to reinstall about five times. Keep getting same error message. Any ideas?

4. Yes I installed it but be careful if you are wireless |

If disabled my XP internet connection, I had to download a patch today and bring it home to install tonight.

I've only used it once. Seemed ok. Try uninstalling adaware then reinstall.

7. Right, but with DSL someone could have a wireless router. |
|
The software disables the card in the computer that sends info to/from the router. That is what it did to mine, anyway. Completely messed everything up (but at least I don't have advertisemtents popping up when I am trying to type a document).
