I was looking at CDs and this guy and girl were on the same aisle. They seemed to be friends or maybe siblings, I don't know. Both in their 20s. Here's the conversation.
Him: What's up with all the gay people in here tonight?
Her: What? Where? Do they have their special identification badges on?
Him: Duh! No!
Her: Oh, did they give you a secret code signal?
Him: Don't be a smartass.
Her: Oh you just have gaydar.
Him: No. I just know.
Her: Oh wait a second, is this Friday? That explains it. It's Gay Night at Target. They get 10% off.
TWO SECOND PAUSE.
Him: ARE YOU SERIOUS?
Her: Are you serious about asking me if I'm serious? Stop being such a freaky-ass republican!
She kinda slaps his arm and walks off, he follows.
Shame I didn't introduce myself to her, we'd get along like gangbusters.

His bib said "CRY BABY."
