Here's your chance, because I'm really uninhibited and open when I'm drunk, and I haven't been really drunk in a very long time (I don't really drink much). So, here's your chance! Go ahead, I dare ya!

28. Ummm.........
Hmmm......well, out of all the many, many crazy things I did, there was one that probably took the cake. I know I'm gonna regret this in the morning, but I'm too drunk to care right now, so here goes!

One of my roommates was bisexual, and having a "relationship" with another bisexual friend across the hall in our dorm. The last night before the end of the year and the beginning of summer break, I finally got the guts to ask my roommate if she could, ahem, help me, ahem, "experience" what it was like (I'm sure you get my meaning here!) She couldn't believe it at first and kept asking if I were serious. Wisely, she finally declined, saying that I didn't really know what I was asking and I'd regret it later. I know she did me a favor, and she was right, I would have regretted it, but there was a part of me that actually felt rejected, believe it or not! To this day, 21 years later, I don't know whether to laugh or cry over that. That was freshman year, and I went on to do many other crazy things, of course!

42. That is one of the very saddest stories I've ever heard
Of course part of you felt rejected. Who the hell is she to tell you what you would regret? I lost my virginity on the last night of my freshman year to a guy who (thank GOD!!!) didn't care whether I knew what I was asking for or not.

Thanks. You really are being honest. You show a lot of class, my friend! Sorry I'm gay and married.

43. Thanks, I
appreciate that! When you say you're gay and married, do you mean married to a woman and secretly gay or married to your partner? It infuriates me that gays can't get married when heterosexual couples who barely know each other can get married, no questions asked, and then get married as many times as they want, yet gays are demonized as a "threat" to marriage! That makes no sense to me at all.

46. No, no, no, I'm gay and "married"
I've lived with the same incredible man for 16 years. Several years ago an Episcopalian priest blessed our union without our requesting it so in that sense we're married. I was "married" without asking to be and its suits us very well.

I am in no way connected to any woman either legally, sexually, secretly or whatever....My partner is my better half and thats all that I need. Neither of us has children so thats not a problem either.

I like BOYZ!!!

47. Good for you!
Your "marriage" has lasted longer than a good many of the hetersexual marriages that are so "threatened" by gay marriage (BLECH!) That must drive wingnuts and fundies crazy, lol! I have no doubt that someday gay marriage will finally be made legal in all fifty states, but I realize that that is a ways down the road.

General Thomas "Stonewall" Jackson was the Confederacy's best general, followed closely by General Robert Edward Lee. Lucky for us in the North, General Jackson was killed before he could do us too much damage!

Get in your car and drive to Chicago. Just stay on the northbound lane. That is important. The I can take advantage of you in your drunken state.

I am in no way encouoraging drunken driving. Oh, well, guess I am.

45. LOL!
I'm many hours away from Chicago, I'm afraid, and I probably wouldn't even be able to make it past my own street!

In all seriousness, though, I never, ever drive when I've had even one drink and my friends know that if they're with me and they've had something to drink, that they're not going to be driving either! I lost a friend in high school and a stepbrother when I was in college to drunk drivers.

48. Sharpton '08?
Please don't answer. Last I noticed, DUers seemed to be finally agreeing with us and native New Yorker freepers like Alterman. I remember the past, though  . I'm still trying to wrap my head around how the dry play-it-safe Kerry campaign threw Sharpton ("a truly awful man"-Eric Alterman) at swing voters et al at the "buttoned-down" Convention. Thanks for speaking up in the past :headbang:  .
