Bruce is a very charismatic actor. But he always plays Bruce Campbel. Like John Wayne or Bruce Willis. Cast in the right part they are very powerful. But its because their singular screen presense is fit to the part.

A great actor is an enigma. You don't know their real personalit because they do not present it on screen. Ben Kingsly played Ghandi and Sexy Beast. Complete polar opposites. And yet he completely submerged into both parts.

I like Bruce. His name on the marquee is a draw for me. But its not because he is a great actor. Its because he plays fun characters.

I had just started watching that show when they cancelled it. I think the name confused people, plus they wouldn't keep it in the same time slot for more than a second. I got to see the reruns on Comedy Central, though.
