Do you remember the absolute *FUNNIEST* thread you've ever read on DU?
I do. It was about six months ago. It was in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday.

Somebody posted this thing about a chicken who would do things upon command. It was positively hilarious. I laughed myself silly.

Sorry, I don't have a link.

But, I still giggle when I think about it.

What about you? What is the funniest thing you remember reading at DU?

:D

:hi:

29. Yes a Burger King promotion (same as "Hot Bartender")
They taped him/it doing all sorts of things to different commands. Type one in ( "Vogue" is hilarious) and watch. There are websites of commands that you can find.

Hot Bartender.com does the same but it is more geared towards men or fans of the fairer sex.

4. Little One, that is nothing.
You should have seen the thread about the raging homophobic freeper guy and the gay coworker who was caught putting raging homophobic freeper guy's phone receiver down the front of his pants one night after work hours.

Or the Fuck the Amish thread.

Good days, I tell ya, good days.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/riddle/2479/

It would have to be the picture of fluffy the dog. I can't figure how to post pics in here for my life, so there is the link.

Also, there was a link to this site that had a two pictures you had to compare, and out of nowhere this damned screaming zombie jumps out of the screen at you and scares the crap outta you. I can't find that link though.

I suppose these don't count as "threads", but they kept me and co-workers laughing.

14. The "Famous Quotes" Thread
Where people were invited to replace one word in a famous quote with the name of a part of the male anatomy. I think it may have been a factor in my wife, The Princess, joining DU.

From that thread:

"Ask not what your p***s can do for you, ask what you can do for your p***s."

Needless to say, it was promptly locked.

Another favorite of mine was the "Iron Chef" thread, where the theme ingredient was Spam.

15. I'll never forget it
It was actually a post that came from the King of DU Comedy short bus president himself...someone had posted an article about a bus driver in KY who was fired for taking on a passenger while she was carrying kids--a squirrel hunter with a 20-gauge shotgun.

SBP's comment was, "A 20-gauge? How fucking big are the squirrels in Kentucky?"
