Incidents that are funny now they are long over?

This summer my best friend and his little brother (geoff) got into a fist fight at a cabin. We broke it up...but in the process the little brother's arms were held as we pulled them apart. My friend Mike grabbed the older brother...but not by the arms, just around the waste...so my buddy got a few shots in as they were pulled apart. I asked Mike, "Why didn't you grab his arms?"
He replied, "Well, Geoff WAS being a dick."

Tight group of friends and the little bro is going through some drug problems. He's clean now, but at the time it was like a symbol of him wrecking his life.

I laughed right after it happened - shock really. I said to my friend, "This is like a night at Tommy's" - a local rough bar.
