21. Don't you mean "Britney marrying TWO losers"?
I mean it was only 55 hours, but it still counts. Just another example of those wonderful family values the Pukes are always promoting.

I expected problems with the electoral process but NEVER suspected discord in the Pitt household. :silly: They should've called me...

7. Definitely 2000
I was on an emotional rollercoaster for months following the 2000 election. Just thinking about that election still tears me up.

2004 I was resigned to whatever was going to happen; nothing was going to shock me and it didn't.

Brad and Jen I'm just indifferent to.

10. I agree
Although I'm depressed as hell now, it doesn't come CLOSE to the feelings of despair, rage and hopelessness that I had in 2000-01.

8. LOL to those voting
for "Bennifer", they have to be joking, right? Actually, I'm amazed they lasted this long, I expected this to happen after about oh, say, four months or so.

9. Even though the shrub stole two elections
the fact that Jennifer and Brad remained together gave everyone of us hope. It's truly a sad day for America.:nopity:

11. Oh, please, did anyone
ever REALLY expect those two to stay together permanently? That would have taken a miracle of biblical proportions.

13. Bennifer was Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez.
This would be "Bradifer" (if anyone had ever actually called them that). :D

12. With the 2000 election I thought, "How bad can it be?"
I thought, "He'll be an ineffectual president, he bungle, he'll get voted out in 2004, everything will be okay."

That was quite a bit before some drastic events and actions.

With the 2004 election, I *know* what kind of person we're dealing with, and it's far more frightening.

15. It was easier to deal with 2000 because
We had a REAL fight going on, and that month of recounts and lawsuits gave you a chance to work through your frustrations by being part of the battle.

This time, I had to deal with grief immediately because Kerry conceded so quickly. So I am much more depressed.
