Best music to fall asleep to |
|
I am not talking boring music, but the really relaxing good stuff. I like a little Debussy, maybe Moonlight Sonata, and there is a British singer of Indian descent named Shiela Chandra who has the most incredible voice. It is very relaxing.
How about you folks?

Seriously, when I was a teenager I used to fall to sleep to that stuff. I don't know why and I don't know how, either.

Or indeed any renaissance vocal music. Also the organ music of Buxtehude and J.S. Bach (not toccatas though) played quite quietly.
