I made my own website

So, I leeched off of several free service websites to register my own website! (Using DotTK and Invisionfree)

Sorry if this is advertising, but what do you think? it's basically another democratic forum but everyone gets a private blog/forum of their own. It's called "sensible democrats" because that describes my beliefs quite well. Anyone is welcome- even repubs, but they can only post in "General Politics", not "Bush Bashing" or "Democratic Party"

as for content, I hope to utilize the "portal" feature of Invisionfree to post my own original commentary. The forum that each member gets at 25 posts might also supply some interesting content.

There isn't anything happening right now, but what do you think as far as my ideas for the site? I need some feedback so my site can be mildly sucessful

thank you. I am wondering now how to get the word out. this will be the hard part. It took me about two hours to get everything set up, but advertising without taking advantage of great sites like DU will be tough if I am not willing to spend a dime... lol

I think one of your posters is a freeper, just from the tone of his replies and some of his posts. Sure, I'm replying to him, just to keep the discussion going. But it would be nice if some other DUers would come on board and help me out!
