If anyone is wondering what to get me for my birthday...
an elevator would be spectacular. I HATE hauling stuff up the stairs. (Especially heavy stuff)

5. True, but some stuff is a pain
Furniture for example - stuff that I would be lucky to be able to drag to the elevator.
