It was entitled "Clinton's Penis to Run for U.S. Senate," an Onion-style sendup of Willard. I've never again had so many replies. I shot the wad right there. It's been downhill ever since.

6. I remember mine

It was on a thread asking whether your mom and dad was D or R. I responded that my dad was a D and my mom was an R and that I was a liberal. Turns out that this year dad voted R and mom voted D. I understood my mom was pissed at Bush because of the war, but dad is more puzzling. He once said that the only Republican that he'd vote for was Reagan. I guess he thinks highly of Bush. I tried to talk him out of but he would not budge and he wouldn't give me the reason why he thought Bush was better than Kerry.

Long time between posts. I thought the Lounge was dumb when I first joined DU and spent all my time in GD, trying to figure out how to avoid haranguing by people with over 1,000 posts.
