Leave your best ribs recipe!
I boil mine first for 30 minutes before grilling to perfection, usually 20 minutes over low heat. During the boiling process, I add spices and such, then while grilling, i cover in my own blend of hot sauce and then add course ground black pepper and garlic.

I steam mine in a spaghetti cooker for 30 minutes. Then I bake them in the oven or grill them as you do.
Otherwise, same recipe.

2. I do a dry rub, then indirect heat on the grill |
|
until the meat wants to climb off the bone by itself.

...my favorite recipe calls for simmering the ribs in sherry and water ahead of time -- the advantage to this is that they are more tender and they shed some fat. Then the sauce that has sliced onions and lemons, catsup, vinegar, brown sugar, celery seed, chili powder, worcestershire. Then bake in the oven. They're scrumptious.

7. I use the crockpot sometimes and slow cook them for hours |
|
with spices, while I'm away at work.
Then I come home and slather them with rib sauce and grill them on the Weber grill.
Them boys is tasty.

the wrong texture, as far as I am concerned.
Cook 'em low; cook 'em slow. 2-3 hours over charcoal and wood chips.
