1. I thought it was great!
But then, Kiefer Sutherland could do the Ashlee Simpson dance and I would think it was great. Ahh, Kiefer! :eyes:

2. Well, my bf is into the show and is watching
it now.
2 hours! I didn't know that it was as long as a movie.
I'll just watch something in the other room.
Wow, do I need attention.

5. I can't wait until tomorrow to see it again!
Great show! Awesome premier.

But to have the Secretary of Defense face trials for war crimes? Gimme a break, where do they come up with this stuff? Such wacky Hollywood crap. So totally out of touch with reality. :silly:

6. Yeah, but those terrorists are no good either.
It reminded me of those videos where they beheaded their hostages. Besides, Jack needs to get his very attractive lady friend back.

7. I was actually shocked that they did that.
That was very disturbing the way they set it up to look like those hostage videos. Something very wrong about that, like they are giving those monsters validation with "hollywood cred".

Finally Jack was about to have a normal happy life with his new girlfriend, and now this. It is going to be another LONG HARD day for Jack.

8. 24 may have jumped the shark
It seems more neo-leaning this season, but then again, what doesn't? While it is still one of the better things on television, which isn't saying much, they don't even seem to be making a stab at being consistent. In the very first hour alone they did some very stupid, inconsistent things. The silliest was using the excuse that they didn't want to have the call traced when the geek dude calls the government to report the (exceedingly silly) source code that he discovered. He then turns out to be a former classmate of Chloe's and identifies himself to her co-worker, even. Having the EVIL sourcecode appear with red fonts on a black background was pretty hilarious, too.

If the show shifts anymore to the right(wrong), and the writers continue to be so sloppy, I may stop watching. Particularly after how weak the entire middle portion of last season was.

Biggest clue that the Fonz has started his warm-up lap around the shark tank? No Kim, but plenty of Chloe. I miss Sherie, too.

12. It's good that Hollywood advocates torture.
Because as we all know, in the real-world torture works!
