36. He pretends to be an Independent
The last couple of interviews I read with this asshole, he was pretending quite earnestly to be an Independent. In fact, he made quite sure to tell the interviewers that this was his affiliation. It was as if he desperately didn't want people to know his dirty little secret, that he stands just to the left of the corpse of Joe McCarthy.

Fuck Tom Selleck, with his '70s porn star mustache and his voice that sounds like the wheels on a broken shopping cart.

44. He also did giggling, smirking TV ads for one of the right wing rags.
It was back in the early 90's, I'm thinking the mag was the American Spectator, or Weekly Standard, or something like that. Wingnut all the way.

Although I will say that I thought Rosie O'Donnell was a complete ass when she ambushed him about being a gun nut. But then, I cannot stand Rosie O'Donnell...

Of course, according to the press, he was a model of restraint against the shrieking hypocritical liberal gun-grabber.

She was trying to make a point with him and he was SO SO SO rude to her it was unreal. She kept trying to be deferrential and respectful & he basically told her to fuck off. It was so rude

I'm not a huge Rosie fan but it was really obnoxious & I felt bad for her. I thought it was insane that she had to apologize later. Screw him, he was acting like a baby

what a sad-ass show.

I think he tried to break into the big-time in movies and only one of his did well, "THree Men and A Little Lady" (which I saw on an airplane flying to Europe when it came out and god it stank).

I wonder how he got along with Ted Danson, the liberal? Lol.

Maybe he's a little tired of being talked about as being in support of Bush without actually ever having said anything to indicate that he infact does.

26. The people who lie/claim every celebrity under the sun who isn't an
outspoken liberal claim he's a Bush supporter. But these websites and columnists are often pulling things completely out of their ass, and their justifications are ludirous. I can think of half a dozen celebs who they had to "remove" from their lists after they not only said or showed they weren't republicans/conservatives, but acually attended an event for democrats or Kerry or something to that effect.

The Lachey guy is probably said to be in support of Bush for no other reason than he's married to a perfect aryan Christian girl for middle America. He's never made a political statement or declaration or contribution as far as I know. And neither as she I believe. But I think most can assume she's certainly dumb enough to be more pro-Bush than pro-Kerry. Although Ashlee was pro-Kerry. Not something we need to be proud of.

40. That makes absolutely no sense
Bradley was the much better candidate in 2000.

He didn't have the Clinton baggage and he had widespread name recognition just like Gore, due to his days in the NBA.

He was also more progressive.

I'm proud to say that I supported Bradley in the primary here.

He would have made a great president.
