Question about travel package deals

I am planning some kind of spring break trip, and I'm looking at a lot of deals on sites like travelzoo.com. I have a question for people that have done this before--on these deals, there are restrictions like "Travel dates: Now-March 31." Does that mean that I must COMPLETE travel by march 31st or simply depart by then?

March 31st, but it wouldn't hurt to call and ask. Most of the best "deals" are loaded with restrictions and are advertised as loss leads in the same way cars are -- one at this price. My suggestion would be to call a reputable local travel agency, explain what you are looking for, and have them come up with some options for you. Generally better to deal with someone nearby who knows the ins and outs of the package deals and can point you in the right direction.
