Have we decided which office supply company to support?

I need to spend about 3K on peripherals and want to do so in a responsible way.

(I need a konicaminolta color laser, a digital color scanner, duplexer, PC (box only)

Staples?
Office Max?

1. NOT Office Max unless...

If you can get a "straight out" price for something at Office Max, fine, however, a quick Google will reveal that they are NOTORIUS for not honoring their rebates...

Staples, on the other hand pulled it's ads off of Sinclair stations (news shows) making it KEWL...

2. I Have No Choice in the Matter

We get all our office supplies from Staples. I hope rumors that they have ceased advertising on Sinclair stations is true; I've heard two different stories.

Official statement from their website:
