And this year there's quit e a different feel to it all, starting with Apple delaying the web broadcast until 9pm EST :wow: I don't think Steve Jobs is THAT mad about some of the goodies apparently being leaked, because the live webcast page and satellite info would have been public info weeks ago.

So what will Uncle Steve show us tomorrow?
1) some kind of flash iPod, definitely an entry level model. Also, I hope for iPod minis with bigger drives and the same price range New iTunes? Hmmm it depends on what new eatures Apple can add--Id like to eb able to buy radio broadcast replays from sporting events, or concerts...

2) Tiger (Mac OS X 10.4) a release date--Mrach maybe? I want to see just how far the Dashboard widgest have been taken since last spring...

3)iLife 05, in particular for me, iPhoto 5

4) Hopefully some more goodies with Quicktime...

5) my first wild guess--a ne version of Applesworks, oops, better make that iWork :evilgrin: long time coming, and chances are the wait will be worth it.

6) a demo of Doom 3 and maybe, maybe the Star Wars Episode 3 trailer (in Quciktime of course!)

now, a headless iMac? I t would surely be impressive for people who don't have enough cash or atua need for the power of an iMac G5. I'd prefer a "media Mac"--where you can use the Superdrive to burn dvds, use the iLfe apps on a big tv or monitor...

I've got a good sized old monitor around, and though I still really love it, my G3 iBook isn't quite doing it for me anymore.

:wow: :bounce: that Mac mni...EXAZTLY what I would buy--I'd simpl opt for the Superdrive, add memory, and hook it up to my tv, burn dvds right there :evilgrin: So SWEEETTTTTTTT !!!

iWork--YESSS :bounce: the templates just scream out BUY ME LOL so long Word, hello iWork!
iLife 05--YESSSSSSS with iPhoto 05 AND iMovie HD :wow:


and the kicker--a $99 iPod Shuffle :evilgrin: I'd still go for a gold mini or regualr iPod next mont, BUT I will surely buy iWork and iLife 05 :evilgrin:
