PODCASTING: How do I get started?

I'm wanting to start my own PODCAST. I have several MAC's, using OSX and OS9 and would like to start my own Podcast. What do I need to get started?

I would like to be able to record voice, add bumper music or play tunes. What software packages do I need to edit audio, add audio (MP3) tracks and stream from my website?

Are there any good PODCASTING FORUMS that I can register on and discuss Podcasting?
