I was just invitied to attend graduate school....
at UCF. Not bad for an old over the hill guy.
I worked my ass off, and I guess they recognize it.
It is interesting to notice the difference between my attitude and so many younger students.
Of course, they had an easier time in Spanish, although somehow I earned a B

ps this semester isn't starting out so hot, someone stole two new text books when I was in the facilities. Waiting to hear if blind services will pay for them again.

7. hi
I am a 51 year old returning student.
When my vision started going bad when I was 17 (retinitis pigmentosa) I found it impossible to concentrate on my studies.
I decided to go back. Psychology major, I find it so interesting.
Hope to do some sort of rehabilitation counseling.
take care

5. I'm at UCF as well
PhD in the Engineering department. See what kind of fellowships you can get - the school has some money for these that often isn't taken.

Good Luck!
