Cary Elwe's meltdown in the run-up to the movies "climax" should establish him as a comic genius.

34. Watch it and then watch "Ed Wood"
"Movies were his passion. Women were his inspiration. Angora sweaters were his weakness. "

What a double feature! Explains a lot too. ;)

Evil Dead II was good, but has there ever been a better movie line than "Good... Bad... I'm the guy with the gun."

37. I love Killer Klowns
It's alternately very creepy and very funny.

For me, the creepiest moment was when one of the Klowns was trying to lure a little girl out of a restaurant. Kids love klowns and you could see on her face that she would go anywhere with him.

10. "Near Dark"
from the '80's had its moments. A roving ragtag band of vampires. In one scene, they run afoul of the locals in a redneck bar. Chaos ensues.
Rent it.

35. all-right!!!...another fan of near dark.........
i thought i was the only person on earth who had ever seen the film....a different twist on vampire movies for sure...a gem in the rough with a great cast to boot, including "alien" alumni lance henriksen, bill paxton and Jenette Goldstein...the bar scene alone is reason to rent it...chock full of some interesting one liners too. a criminally under-rated vampire movie IMHO.......

17. How about "An American Werewolf In London?"
Or the made-for-TV gem from 1973, "The Night Strangler," with Darren McGavin as journalist Carl Kolchak? If you haven't seen these two horror comedies, you really should!

I don't think it was supposed to be funny, but I laughed so hard I nearly peed myself. The scene with the coke machine wiping out the little leage team was "OMFG" hilarious.
