9. Well, here's what I think might help

He's got a Cardinals t-shirt, which suggests he's PROBABLY from St. Louis or there abouts.

Or he could be a college kid from st. Louis protesting elsewhere.

The kid behind him has a Mariners t-shirt. (Seattle?)

There is a store behind him with a red sign.

I can't make out what it says, but it sort of looks like "alignment specialists."

There is a news truck there. Can anyone make out the markings on it?

What about the license plates on the cars behind him? Can anyone tell what state?

The girl with the partial sign that says "Fre Ri"

It could say "Free Ripublic."

Take a look at the "Get a Brain Morans" picture and tell me if it looks like "Near blizzard conditions."

If not, then it looks like there was a copy-cat rally that capitalized on the original "Morans" sign.
