4. Okay, I'm a Stillers fan, grew up there, left in 85
and I defend my stillers even when they lost the 1989 home opener 51-0 to my current town, Cleveland.

I also agree that this is a great thing. That is a nice chunk of money.

That being said, and don't kill me for pointing this out, but this guy is going to make HUGE money in meeting incentives in his contract. He has Baltimore to thank for taking out Maddox in game 2. This was noted the other day on the radio; usually, there's incentives built into rookies' contracts that the rookies rarely ever come close to achieving, but he was thrust onto the field at a point the team never expected, and he performed well. It doesn't hurt to have a great team surrounding you.

Look at former Pro Bowler Jeff Garcia in the Cleveland Browns. Put a good/adequate quarterback in a terrible team, and you get killed.
