He is very bright and astute. I don't listen to most of his music, but as a person, despite the weird image, he has it together. He is someone who knows how to market himself.

I've only heard snippets of his music but I saw him being interviewed...one intelligent guy. Alice Cooper is similarly intelligent as is Lemmy who fronted Motorhead. Difficult to avoid the sneaking suspicion that they are all playing a shrewd marketing game.

As for the quality of the music...I'm not qualified to coment on that!

Specialize in creating dramatic stage presense and persona. The image is as much a part of the performance as the music. And a tradition seems to be that they are all male but have one crossdresser in the group. Very very theatric stuff.
