I'm a 35 y.o. female and everyone keeps telling me it's gonna slow down, but it hasn't yet. I eat steadily (but small portions) throughout the day, and pretty much anything I want and stay the same weight. But my parents are the same way so I think it is genetic.
It drives my husband insane b/c he cannot handle carbohydrates AT ALL.
