2. not yet
I'm too busy eating some Apple Pie that my wife cooked up while I was at work.

Yum!

4. Cross-linked index entries for "Kosovo" and "Exit Strategy"?
Or for that matter, is there much space devoted to any of the following:

"Chinese Embassy Bombing", "Belgrade TV Station Bombing", "Cluster Bombs in Nis Marketplace"?

Actually, I have to admit, I've never been a big fan of that whole concept, "Bombs for Peace". You bought it, so you've more than likely got a pretty healthy interest in Clark, The Man, himself. Since Col. David Hackbarth did a favorable piece on him, not long ago, I've been trying to get over my initial doubts. I'm still a bit skeptical about the extent to which he was "just following orders", or what kind of creative contributions he might have made, on his own, to the implementation of that whole mess...

6. Most of the troops in Kosovo aren't American
That's the beauty of multilateralism, doncha know. Bosnia: ditto. It's assumed that both will have to be UN/NATO protectorates for some time; that's the ugliness of ethnic conflict. There's no immediate "exit strategy" because peacekeepers are still needed. The peacekeepers don't seem to be shot or bombed on a regular basis. Not at all, actually. That's the beauty of a well-planned postwar implementation.

5. Where did you get it?
I pre-ordered mine from Amazon and it hasn't shipped yet. Is it in stores already?
