The Bill O' Reilly-George Clooney Feud

Does anyone know anything about the Bill O' Reilly-George Clooney feud. I was watching pieces of the Today on NBC and saw some of report on the Feud. It seems that it has something to do with the a fund raiser that Clooney participated in after September 11th. Does anyone else have any additional information on the feud? I also know that Clooney wrote O' Reilly two angry letter telling O' Reilly to either participate in the upcoming fundraiser for the tunamis victims or just don't.
