2. Yum!
I'll make saag or chicken ramala to go along with the naan if you like...what kind of naan?

3. Since it's my first time--gonna keep it simple
I'm making plain naan.

Dinner is Chicken Saag, Raita, and Jasmine Rice. I have some hot Mango Chutney as a condiment.

If I have any cardamom left-I may make some Galub Jaman otherwise we'll have mango lassi.

5. I'd better not read your menu to my husband
or he'll be over to share your supper!

4. Love fresh naan.
Living in SE Texas I don't have the chance to have it very often and I don't think I am quite ambitious enough to try to make it.

6. Garlic, Onion or Plain?
I love naan, whatever kind. Indian food too. It's possibly the greatest ethnic food group ouside of Chinese.

7. MMMmmmmmmmmm..............fresh naan.......
I've made it a couple of times, but it never turns out as well as either the kind we get in good restaurants, or the kind our Pakistani friends make.

I'm getting hungry just thinking about it
