I'll make saag or chicken ramala to go along with the naan if you like...what kind of naan?

3. Since it's my first time--gonna keep it simple |

I'm making plain naan.
Dinner is Chicken Saag, Raita, and Jasmine Rice. I have some hot Mango Chutney as a condiment.
If I have any cardamom left-I may make some Galub Jaman otherwise we'll have mango lassi.

Living in SE Texas I don't have the chance to have it very often and I don't think I am quite ambitious enough to try to make it.

I've made it a couple of times, but it never turns out as well as either the kind we get in good restaurants, or the kind our Pakistani friends make.
I'm getting hungry just thinking about it
