What the HELL are in "Greenies"??

Seriously this one particularly docile toy poodle (not mine, btw) metamorphisizes into a pit bull...snarling and jumping if I hold the greenie above her.

Toy poodles, they are so possessive of their greenies! A 4-pound poodle even bit my brother when he tried to take one from the dog. Do they taste good or something?
