To clean your monitor

This website is designed for those who use their monitor more than two hours a day. The theory is that if your eyes are bothering you after a long stretch at your desk, your computer monitor needs to be cleaned both on the outside and the inside. You can have the honor of cleaning it from the outside--a simple paper towel and some window spray will do the job. However, for all practical purposes, it would be a lot more difficult to clean the glass on the inside, so this website now fulfills that function for you.
