I was making my rounds and the Emergency Phone in the elevator rang.

I did not pick up the phone.

A moment later a disembodied voice began to speak ----

Hello ---- said the voice.

Hello? --- I weakly replied.

This .... is ..... Mark from Consolidated lending group. Right now is the best time to refinance your mortgage. Could I speak with the head of the household?

Uh, this is an elevator. - I responded.

An elevator? - he inquired.

An elevator. -- I replied, matter-of-factly.

Oh sorry. Goodbye. *click*

I think things like this are way cool. Electronics always do wierd things around me, but I've not received a phone call in an elevator before. :D
