4. What's the definition of "fast food"?

Is Chipotle fast food? How about Chinese and Vietnamese food? They're fast and cheap, but nothing like the crap at McDonalds. I never eat at places like that.

I guess the only real fast food I eat is Sonic (twice a week) and except for the tater tots, it's really not that bad. There are lots of veggies on the burger.

5. A little Tip about using McDonald's "Hot and Spicy"

The McDonald's "Hot and Spicy" Chicken sandwich contain a good size hulk of seasoned chicken.
I buy 5 of them (They're only 1 dollar each).....take them home, throw away the cheap bread and mayo and cut up the chicken and add vegetables in a pan for a really delicious stir fry....lots of flavor.

I still eat in the cafateria at school (I'm a teacher) but that's not as bad as McDonald's shit. I used to eat horrible fast food probably every other day (yes, that bad), so I really needed this New Year's resolution.
