27. I agree. At least lose the huge, cheap-looking lace.
UGH.

I don't wear heels with jeans, either, but I am a just on the tall side anyway.

Right out of Studio 54
The camisole thing I think looks ok on women, except when they insist on showing their belly. That looks tacky.

5. hmm
That particular camisole is TRASHY. Cute look though, if one has the figure for it.

High heels and jeans are an oxymoron (oh I mean oxymoran). Jeans should only be worn with Chucks (see photo!)

6. I love jeans with high heels
Am not a practitioner of the art much, but do it sometimes. As for the camisole, maybe if I were 5000 lbs. lighter with matchstick arms, as well as a non-Muslim.

8. Not those kind of heels.
I sometimes like jeans with boots with heels or chunky kind of heels, but pumps seem more for dressy, formal stuff.

The top looks more like something I'd wear in the Summer with a long, flowing hippie type skirt ans sandals than with jeans, but hey, we all have our own style so wear what you like and feel comfortable in. :D

12. Stilletto heels are always a mistake.
They get caught in sidewalk cracks and mud, and have an evil tendency to snap off. Only good use is poking out an attacker's eye.

I agree with you, SarahBelle, on the camisole top. Cute enough if you have the figure for it, especially on nasty hot summer days.

35. Yup. I'll occasionally do some kind of heels with jeans but
in general jeans are for casual and comfortable and heels are the opposite of that. I like to have a difference between dressed up and dressed down. For clubbing, anything goes, but I will not wear stilleto heels to do my grocery shopping and weekend errands. I am always amazed that so many women in this city do.

11. hate high heels period
not with jeans - jeans are much better with Chuck Taylors or big black boots with little or no heel. I like camisoles by themselves, but not really lacy ones.

As a result, I hate both looks.

(I think those only look good on like,A-B cups)

Jeans with stilettos or thin heels is always wrong with a flare leg(IMO).

38. Which I hate!
I think camis are cute, and that's definitely what uncutes them: looking like you were in the middle of sex and decided to go out in public for a bit. That happens when you get too big up there... similar principle with short shorts. If you're built like a 14 year old, it doesn't look titillating. If you're built like a woman, it can be very risque.

43. I'm with you on this one.
They can be darling. It's just one of those things you can't wear in public if you're the least bit chesty. Well, at least I don't. It's like saying here I am, ALL of me! Same with the cute short shorts if you got something going on back there they sure don't leave it to the imagination. :P

I do envy women who can pull it off and look stylish in them. They are a fun trend.

32. It takes the right person to wear a cami top and look good in it.
The one on the right is butt ugly and no one should wear. :P

The jeans thing is not my style, I prefer mine with my big blocky boots that sport a fat square heel.

I have seen some people do dress heals and jeans and pull it off. The pic above is not one of those cases.

because i wouldn't be able to walk in them. The whole cami tops as outer wear? that look is for the young i think, maybe past age 25 it should be stopped.

41. I personally would not wear a camisole as a top.
I don't really have the cleavage to support it anyway. I tend to think that *I* am too old to do it, but if someone else my age was wearing one, I probably wouldn't think anything of it.

I do wear high heels with jeans, but usually in the form of high-heeled boots. I wore pumps with jeans in my early 20s.

45. jeans with heels, pretty much all I wear anymore...
but for me, gotta be 2-1/2 inch heels or less (unless they're wedges, in which case I can teeter around on 3-1/2 inches) just for comfort's sake and my ability to walk easily. I like the look. And I like camisole tops, too, but they're harder to wear, esp. if you feel more comfortable with a bra. Easier to wear if you've got a thin, sheer cardigan in a complementary color... and that look is really great with the jeans and heels...

46. I love jeans with heals. Don't like the cami tops, though.
I don't wear heals quite that high, though, and only if the top I'm wearing is slightly dressy, like something for a night out. There has to be a slight flare to the jeans, like a boot cut, or it doesn't look right.

jeans with heels...not

camisole top...not trashy, but not cute. Simply a poor choice. It is like a guy wearing an A shirt as an outer garment.
