It's January 2006. Where are you?
Anybody had any new year's resolutions that they will be in a completely different place or living a completely different life a year from now?

1. At home in Los Angeles.
Trying to build my event planning business up. Hanging out in the living room on my laptop, with my husband, who is also on his laptop, working on his business. I worry a lot, but it's actually a pretty good life.

I really liked this whole trip back in time thing. Gave me some well-needed perspective.

Next year at this time? An ad in www.theknot.com. An office outside of my house. A kid, maybe, or at least pregnant. Full-time employees. More furniture in the living room.

2. Not where I am.
I'll be very much single again and living my my own place for 10+ months by that point. Busy as heck, but hopefully by then feeling a bit more fulfilled in a number of aspects in my life.

4. not far from the Cairngorms
and it is a tad cold.

Resolutions? hmmm broke one already (excessive profanity) Where will I be in a year? Gawd knows. I'll probably still be doing much as I have been doing for the last few years just a little more slowly.
