This afternoon I went to our community center less than a half mile from here, they have a fitness center. Yes, back to exercising! $3.00 each visit or $12.00 a month. The fitness center is very large, I am so looking forward to using this.
There was a time when I would use the fitness center at work for one hour four days a week worked myself up to the highest level on the tredmill at 4.0 mile. I don't think this is possible for me today, but how about 5 level and 3.6 mile per hour?
I'm so happy to find the center, only 1/2 miles from my house.
YES! YES! This starts on Monday. I am going to feel so much better. I can hardly wait!
