I am sure it's great as an after dinner drink with just about any meal but I must admit I am not sure what's in a gizzard dinner meal.

...in an egg and garlic bath, rolling them in crushed Ritz crackers, dotting them with butter, and baking them. A little piece of heaven, if you like gizzards. If not, the whole thing works equally well with other chicken pieces, too. :)
