I still couldn't help but remember feeling a strange sense of "electric energy" in relation to Clinton's first inaugural, who knows if anyone would have that sort of feeling in connection with a Presidential inaugural, again????????????????????????

Was probably still either in kindergarten or grade 1 when CARTER was sworn in so my memory of his inaugural was a vague fog.


On edit I was probably busy doing things like petting the bib of our then calico cat, Ginger to take much notice.
