Somehow I ended up talking about this tonight (which is rare for me, among actual people). When I was 20, I had an "affair" with a French girl in New Brunswick. We kinda lusted after each other till one day it boiled over. Things happend...I spent my last night in the province there. Her and I woke up in each other's arms. When the cab taking me to the airport came and we said goodbye....she cried. I didn't I held it back, some stupid male ting, one thing I've always regreted is not crying. Cause then she may have seen how much I cared. But she didn't... later on in the cab I THINK a tear rolled down the cheek, but I can't remember. When I look back, it's an amazing tradgedy.
EDIT: I meant to say - share your stories

it's all true
the un-coolest thing: I am so traumatized, I'd be surprised if I ever got into another one.

when I was 14 I was living in England and my dad became very ill and was hospitalized for a year in California. My family was split up and I lived with an aunt for a year in Iowa. I thought I was going to die there - I remember telling her THEY ARE KILLING ME and she asked what I meant. I said THEY LISTEN TO DAVID CASSIDY AND THEY WANT ME TO BE A CHEERLEADER. She said SUSAN THAT'S WHAT AMERICAN GIRLS DO AND I WENT AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA (keep in mind two weeks before I was smoking hash at a Ten Years After concert). So I was there for a year and one day I was talking with my boyfriend of a few months outside of school and I spotted dad pulling up in a car. I told the guy WELL, HAVE A NICE LIFE, I WILL NEVER SEE YOU AGAIN. He said WHAT DO YOU MEAN and I said I'M LEAVING. He said WHERE ARE YOU GOING and I said I DON'T KNOW, I NEVER KNOW. He said WILL YOU WRITE and I said sorry, no can do. And I never did see him again. And I never thought it was strange until not too long ago when I thought about it. I can picture his face but I don't remember his name.
