$100 Billion "Off Budget" ????
When we do these "off budget" items like fund wars we don't need, are these numbers figured into the defeciet ??? Or do we also have an "off budget defeciet" running ??

1. IIRC "off budget" items
like the war supplementals are included in the official deficit figures, however the $200 billion or so social security surplus is put into the general fund and subtracted from the offical deficit.
