Today, I found the perfect pants!
I am 5'3 and right between a size 4 and a 6 and miracle of miracles, I found some pants that fit perfectly that I do not have to get altered! On payday, I think I should go and get this same color and style. They were on sale too!

1. I'd get a number of them
Once you find a pair of pants that fit, buy a good stock of 'em.

Pants suck for buying, unless you get into the higher dollar stuff that's more tailored. But having to buy pants that are for 34-36 inch waist and 33-34 inch inseem or whatever.... egads! They never properly in all places at the same time, except very, very rarely.

I am somewhat lucky in that at least Calvin Klein, for whatever reason, seems to design exactly for my shape. Expensive, but worth it.

2. I am since they are on sale...
They would be too expensive to buy more than one pair if they were not, so I am going to get them in other colors. If I buy inexpensive clothes, they fall apart. I like classic things that look good for years to come. Payday is tommorow!! Woo Hoo!

selling too. they probably have a model w/ a similar build.
it's rare, jump on it. follow that brand till they change the fit. inevitably, they will!

4. I know the feeling, by accident only I tried on this pair of pants and LO
the perfect fit. So I found three more in that size and I was very happy.

Now that I know the brand and size, I can watch for them.

YAY

I am a short person too, and too heavy for my height, so finding a nice fit is a real goldmine

5. It's amazing when you finally find ones that fit ...
I'm 5'2 and right between 2 and a 4... I don't know who the heck they make pants for these days... even the short/ankle option is too long sometimes.

My sister has to buy the capri's - she's 4'11.

:eyes:

BTW congrats!
