I still don't believe Rothlisberger can pass a football! |
|
I seriously doubt he could even swallow one.

2. guess you weren't watching his previous games |

I think he has done really well for a rookie. Sat's game was pretty bad ( Steelers squeaked by) and I live in Pittsburgh!

3. Ahh this is actually the best season for a rookie ever I am pretty sure |
|
He's won all of his starts so far, no rookie QB can boast to doing that.

But so did Peyton Manning. Best season ever for a QB, isn't that right?
But he got his ass handed to him yesterday. So why not Rothlesber, er Rothleis-- Ben.
I don't like the Patriots. Matter of fact, I don't like the AFC. But I was impressed by the Pats.
I think the NFC game is gonna be a hoot, excitement wise. The AFC a snoozefest.

9. Roethlisberger has beaten the Pats this season; Manning is 0-7 |
|
That would be one reason, in answer to your question as to why we shouldn't expect the same result next week. Manning is the arch-choker, the chokingest dog who ever lived, they need to teach everyone on his team the Heimlich manouever, so they can heimlich him before every play. It was to be expected that Mr. Super-Hyped Choker would fail, because he has choked 7 times in a row against the Patriots.
Whereas, on the other hand, Roethlisberger has already beaten the Patriots this year. The Patriots had the longest in streak in NFL history going, stretching back to last year, and the Steelers broke that streak. And the next week, Roethlisberger beat the last undefeated team left, the Eagles.
What Roethlisberger has done this year is so much more amazing than Manning's much-hyped meaningless stats. It aint pretty, but its perfect.

7. Man it'll take a trip to or a super bowl win to shut people up |
|
Hell, Ive been impressed. People at school say well, he's just helped out by that offense, thats a bs arguement because other than Staley, the backs and the receivers are the same from last season, and Maddox didnt win 14 in a row with them, and didnt even win half that amount.
