8. How could anybody beat him? He's a real nut.
He was missing a nut too, but that's another story...

2. Umm, technically Stalin was a totalitarian dictator, not a fascist one.
And i'd have to pick franco . . . not to say I like any of them, but he's the one for whom I feel the least disgust/hatred.

6. Right, Stalin not fascist, Franco best of the lot.
After a bloody civil war, he pretty much kept Spain to itself.

5. A vote for GWB
is an assumption that he knows what he is doing and is truly the leader of our country.
So my vote would have to go for a cadre of neo-cons. This is not a one man show, as Hitler was, but a confederation of cons and fundies. No one person has really popped to the head of the class at this point. The lock-step repugs may just be following the Rover. Perhaps he is the most dangerous fascist.

11. Other: Franco, Dollfuss, and von Schuschnigg
Dollfuss and von Schuschnigg have been whitewashed in the scant references to them.

Remember the Sound of Music? Von Trapp was a supporter of these guys. He's made to look like some anti-fascist hero for standing up to the Nazi's when the historical figure only disliked them in favor of ANOTHER fascist regime. :eyes: some hero.
