they have forums too, for all the shows and I love to read the ones on the West Wing. However, all but three of my posts have been locked or deleted!! unlike here where only sex threads and those attacking people get deleted, serious threads get deleted as well. I started a thread on religion in the west wing and it got deleted because there happened to be another thread on it, which hadn't been updated IN OVER A YEAR!!!! :grr:
I even searched the forums to make sure there wasn't a religion thread and NOTHING came up!! so now i've been warned once again with the threat of being banned!

once again, i love the DU mods, not just for their leniency, but for the fact that they're not ANAL about stupid stuff!

1. The thing about mods.

If it's a site run by a corperation, the rules are different. And I am not talking about the legal rules, I am talking about the mod rules. I had a few friends that worked as forum mods for large companies' public sites, and they would often be "graded" at the end of their quarter based on how much "modding" they'd done. So, quite literally, the mods that locked more threads and banned more people looked like they were doing the most work.
