This morning energized me!
I've been feeling very lazy, no energy, just want to sit at my computer all day. Well, I'm posting but taking several breaks to get things done around here.

Why do I now have energy? I joined the fitness center at our community center for $13.00 a month this morning. I walked the treadmill for 35 minutes, feel energized. I have energy, the sun is shining outside, the weather is beautiful and warm. I feel so good, aches and pains are gone, I'm returning to exercise tomorrow. I am out of shape though.

There was a time I could walk the treadmill for an hour, five days a week at 4.0 and 12 incline, some weeks would do six days-- this was maybe 5 or 6 years ago. The flab is now showing and the energy has dwindled along with the attitude. When I was exercising I never had a problem with sleep, now I do. I did not have a depression problem during that time either. Yes, I felt good about myself at that time.

I did the best thing that I could do for myself this mornng.

Hopefully, it is bye bye flab, hello sleep and sunshine.

I'll be heading back to the gym myself as soon as I get rid of this cold. Kind of hard to do cardio when you can't breathe!

3. Just couldn't believe
when I was walking the treadmill, it was like a cloud leaving me and all of a sudden I was smiling, felt strong and happy. I do believe in the power of exercise.

4. Yes!
I just started walking a good mile and a half circuit through my neighborhood every other day--and from the very first walk it was like a fog lifting off my brain.
