gotta wonder about Google; remember when they stopped giving search results that linked to anti-Scientology pages (for a short while)?

about Abu Graib, and they said that it was because they dont update their server often- every few months or so. I believe them. Why would you think they are trying to cover things up? That is stupid

11. Try googling Abu Ghraib. |
|
You see none of the images. And it was almost a year ago. Same for Lyndie England, last I checked. Now why would they do that?

7. That's not true at ALL (or at least not in most cases) |
|
I have an online blog. If I post a personal picture on my blog, it shows up in Google Images (if I search using the picture title or name) within an hour. In fact, I test this quite often whenever I post pictures to see if they will show up if I do a google search (in the long long future) for that image (in the past, I've posted photos online, deleted my hard copy from the computer by accident, and had to use google image re-save another copy).
I"ve never had it take a few months or so for any picture to show up.
Shit--the day after the Superbowl fiasco I was able to go onto Google Image Search and find about a billion pictures of Janet Jackson's nipple.
Google is a liar.

10. I use Google now.....just because for School Reports |
|
(I'm in Nursing School), i can get alot of journal publications and stuff like that.
I used to use Dogpile, but their searches were 90% advertisements and it was hard to filter the 'real stuff' from the 'paid for placement' stuff.
Sigh. I wish they still had those pesky things called Card Catalogs. Mmmm...I loved the way they smell.

15. Google image search never has any recent photos... |
|
Nothing but photos that are at least 6 months old. I hope they fix that problem. But it's still a great search engine nontheless!
