My oral surgeon's billing people suck! |
|
 I've paid a bill twice and they claim both times the payment has been lost. Then they went ahead and tried to cash the first check months later. Now they are charging me for the check not clearing (since a stop payment was issued after they claimed they did not receive it) and threatening to sue. The office manager admits "it may have been in a pile somewhere." :wtf:
And this is all over $83.

2. No. Luckily, it was done through my bank's bill pay |

So if nothing else, they will reimburse me the fees. The money has already been debited from my account as the second check was a cashier's check. They oh so friendly billing person would not even speak to the bank though. I've never had a problem with the bill pay service. It seems too coincidental that 2 checks would get lost. Just a pain in the butt to deal with and I don't want something that I actually paid f'ing up my credit.
