Spybot, Adware and other programs cannot remove the spyware and viruses that have stopped my computer up so terribly.
Adware freezes up everytime I try to scan and Spybot wount recognize my internet connection, then when I try to exit the program it freezes up.
My task manager has 50 running processes, many of themn spyware, and these processes cant be deleted from the task mgr.
I'm not computer savvy and dont have the $$$ to take it in to be repaired. My son told me that is a quick-fix if I dont mind losing any info. There's nothing too valuable here so I 'll do this way.

1. Do this instead

Boot Windows in Safe Mode.

Run Spybot and reboot in Safe Mode.

Run your virus checker.

9 times out of 10, that'll fix you right up.

5. Reboot

As soon as your screen goes blank, hit the F8 key a few times.

At the menu, choose the option for Safe Mode.

If you don't get a boot-up menu, reboot and hit F8 a few more times.
