I've never taken anyone OFF ignore. Of course, I've only ever put four people on my ignore list, and all four were ultimately tombstoned, I believe (three definitely were, and the fourth was either banned or simply stopped darkening our collective doorstep).

Mostly because I really haven't made any enemies, I guess. But even if I did, I can't imagine ignoring in an automated fashion.
